Will Stormer is responsible for originating and executing investment banking transactions in the asset & wealth management and healthcare payer sectors.
Mr. Stormer brings over seven years of transaction experience to Sherman & Company, most recently serving as Director of M&A and Special Projects for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of South Carolina. He was also a Vice President with Anderson LeNeave & Co., where he concentrated on mergers and acquisitions and capital raises for middle market companies across a variety of industries. Prior to launching his career in investment banking, Mr. Stormer was a Certified Public Accountant focused on auditing manufacturing, telecom, and captive insurance companies.
Mr. Stormer earned both a B.S. and an M.S. in Accounting from Clemson University. He maintains FINRA Series 63 and 79 securities licenses.
