Cristina Hackley is responsible for covering and executing investment banking transactions in the insurance, healthcare, and asset & wealth management sectors.
Prior to joining Sherman & Company, Ms. Hackley was an Associate in the Generalist M&A group at Evercore. Before joining Evercore, she was an Analyst and then Associate at Brown Brothers Harriman in their Private Wealth Management group.
Ms. Hackley earned a B.S. in Foreign Service with a major in International History from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. in Finance from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
