Under terms of the agreement, Ebix has acquired all of the assets of beBetter in an all cash transaction. beBetter provides a suite of health and wellness solutions, such as weight and stress management, tobacco cessation, health coaching, and health assessments through a highly flexible SaaS platform offered by employers to their employees to create a healthier, more productive workforce.
